By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Content on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Using the website, submitting a form, or texting us does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after an in-person or telehealth consultation with a licensed Renew Aesthetics provider. Results vary by individual. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or use this website. Some treatments and prescriptions require a medical evaluation, and our providers may decline treatment when it is not medically appropriate.
4. Appointments, Payments, and Memberships
Prices, packages, and memberships are listed at booking or provided by our staff and may change at any time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Membership terms, billing dates, and cancellation rules are described in your membership agreement.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Prescription medications are dispensed only after provider approval and are subject to applicable law and pharmacy policies.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

What you'll receive: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Renew Aesthetics about appointments, prescription refill reminders, care follow-ups, and account updates. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive offers and clinic news.
How you opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website forms, or by giving consent on our intake paperwork. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply START to resubscribe.
